Tokens launched through or registered with BuyBacks are speculative digital assets. You can lose all capital deployed. Past volume or BuyBacks do not predict future price.

2. BuyBacks

BuyBacks’s protocol cut buys the launched token on the open market. BuyBacks do not guarantee price appreciation, liquidity, or continued trading. Execution depends on market conditions, RPC availability, and operational capacity.

3. 𝕏 Money

𝕏 Money eligibility, claim windows, funding, and settlement are controlled by X Corp., not BuyBacks. BuyBacks cannot open an 𝕏 Money account for you or force X to honor a payout.

4. pump.fun and Solana

Launch and fee sharing rely on pump.fun programs and Solana network conditions. Congestion, failed transactions, or program changes can delay or prevent creates, fee updates, claims, or BuyBacks.

5. Demo / incomplete data

Payment feeds, “most payments,” and some analytics may include illustrative demo figures until fee indexing and the claim ledger are fully live. DexScreener market cards are live market data for discovery — not BuyBacks settlement history.

6. No affiliation

BuyBacks is not affiliated with X Corp., pump.fun, pons.family, DexScreener, or wallet providers. Logos and names of third parties are for identification only.
